CONCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVES

 

All concentric Butterfly valves are made solid and heavy body, with drilled shaft holes to ensure the same concentricity of the upper and lower shafts. This reduces shaft and body friction, reducing torque allowing the valve to open and close easier.

 

Valve seats offered in EPDM, NBR, Viton and Hypalon. All valve external bodies coating in a durable Epoxy coating up to 250micron. All valves are supplied with a warranty and test certification.

DOUBLE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE S

 

All Double Eccentric Butterfly valves adopt disc sealing structures, which achieves two-way sealing with zero leakage. The body seal ring surface is SS304, which is more wear resistant, and provides extended life to the valve.

TRIPPLE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVES

 

The triple Eccentric butterfly valve incorporates the two offset points of the double, but it also has a third point of offsets. Relating this time to the sealing points rather than the shaft, the point of sealing on the disc and seat are both machined into an offset conical profile. This allows it to operate fully without any contact until the point of full closure as a mechanical stop.
